E-MAIL SECURITY SYSTEM Send and receive information safely with emails. Digital signatures and encryption in connection with emails ensure that the organization can trust that the information received by email has not been changed. Furthermore all emails sent from the organization cannot be changed by a third party. OUT OF OFFICE MANAGER Administer the employees' Out of Office replies centrally. If an employee forgets to set his Out of Office reply it can be done from a central location. OUT OF OFFFICE MANAGER is a product that is closely related to email signature administration, and the product can therefore, with benefit, be used together with ACTIVESIGNATURE. CONCIERGE DISPLAY Digital signage in the reception area or outside the meeting rooms provides an inviting office environment. From the monitors visitors and employees can be orientated about meetings for the day and see where their meeting takes place. The product is part of the CONCIERGE SERVICES suite, but it can be used without using other CONCIERGE SERVICES modules. |
